Daycare Questions

Daycare questions, answered.

How does the evaluation day work?

Every dog goes through an evaluation before joining group play. We assess temperament, energy, and play style. The evaluation lets us match your dog with the right group from day one.

How big are the groups?

Smaller than what you will find in larger facilities in the area. We keep group sizes small and the dogs-to-staff ratio low to ensure better supervision and safety.

What if my dog is not a group dog?

We offer one-on-one custom play options for dogs who do better outside group settings. Reactive, anxious, or selective dogs are welcome.

Are rest breaks built in?

Yes. Rest breaks are part of every day. Dogs need recovery time, and structured rest is part of how we keep daycare safe and enjoyable.

What about wellness checks?

Daily wellness checks document health, mood, and behavior across the visit.

Our family is very grateful for the superior experience we had at this facility, notably Grace, Vanessa and Matt. These trainers met our dog where she was and then provided a comprehensive program to get her into a much improved place. They know their stuff. Wonderful.

We have brought two of our dogs here and had fantastic results. They do not just teach the dog, but teach you how to help your dog as well. Grace was amazing and I would highly recommend her and this facility to anyone looking to train their dogs.
Dan D. Bel Air, MD
Our 5 month old Golden was unusually difficult with even basic obedience, seeming unlikely to make any real progress despite our best efforts. The staff and trainers at this facility have proven themselves kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, highly skilled professionals in every aspect. Even on day one the progress was startling.
