2. Services
We offer dog training programs, boarding, and daycare at our facility in Bel Air, MD. Specific terms for each service (vaccination requirements, cancellation policy, pricing, scope) are agreed at the time of booking.
3. Reservations and payments
Reservations are required for boarding and daycare. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking.
4. Vaccination requirements
For boarding and daycare we require rabies, distemper, and Bordetella, plus a negative fecal exam within the last six months. We may require proof of vaccinations prior to admission.
5. Health and safety
You are responsible for disclosing any health, behavior, or temperament concerns. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for safety reasons.
6. Liability
We exercise reasonable care for every guest. Owners are responsible for veterinary costs, damage, or injury caused by their dog.
7. Photo use
We may take photos of your dog during their stay for personal updates and, with your permission, for marketing purposes.
